The corporate labor consulting offered by Melara & Asociados is focused on company restructurings, foreign investment projects and acquisitions of particular companies. We provide the following services:
Design of strategies related to personnel transfer in mergers or corporate acquisitions. Additionally, we provide legal advice in the event of liquidations or terminations of labor contracts.
In foreign Investment projects, we provide consulting on everything related to foreign personnel working in Honduras and the obligations and rights granted by Honduran laws.
