Melara & Asociados acted as advisor of Petroholdings in the process of acquiring the assets of a company operating a chain of gas stations in Honduras. We were responsible for conducting the due diligence process and the drafting of the transaction documents. The «Purchase Price» of the transaction was twenty-five million dollars ($ 25,000,000.00) approximately.
