Project Description
Melara & Asociados represented the company in the construction and financing of a combined cycle plant of 230 MW in Peru. Our tasks included the negotiation of the EPC contract for the construction of the plant and financing through the issuance of bonds in the stock markets of New York and Peru under Rule 144A, being the first issuance of bonds by an energy project in Latin America.
