Project Description
Brief: Melara & Asociados represented the developing company in the construction and financing of two (2) solar projects 25 MW each in the Republic of Honduras. Our tasks included the development and revision of terms of reference for the private bidding of the EPC Contract. We participated in the drafting and negotiation of EPC contracts with suppliers and international construction companies. We actively participated in the negotiation of project financing from International Development Institutions.
